Mission Statement
To decrease the number of homeless people in Baltimore City by
providing services that meet the short term and long term needs of each
resident at Homes Peaceful Homes.

Homes Peaceful Homes was organized and founded in 2008 by Stephen Malloy. The organization was
founded to make a positive impact on the lives of Baltimore residents. There are many homeless
people in Baltimore City and while other's have written them off Homes Peaceful Homes will step in
and help each person to "Take Their Next Step" in life. Many of the people HPH will help sleep on the
streets, benches and curbs of Baltimore City. Often homeless people are forgot about and they are not
treated by others as a human being. HPH will provide the support needed to help each person to get
back on there feet and get gainful employment. The transitional housing facility will consist of 30
furnished efficiencies units that will have their own bathroom and kitchen. Provided will be the following,
job placement, GED program, daycare for parents with children, transportation, laundry room, computer
room, 24 hour security, sitting room for TV viewing and special counseling.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Stephen Malloy was born in 1956 in Durrum North Carolina. Mr. Malloy was raised in Baltimore, MD
from his youth and he attended Baltimore Polytech Institute. Mr. Malloy worked at Fort McHenry Lumber
Co. from 1974-1980 as a carpenter. Mr. Malloy then ventured out and started his own construction
company in 1993. Mr. Malloy is a member of Mason Memorial Church of God in Christ and became an
ordained elder in 1991. Over the years Mr. Malloy has served as a servant of Baltimore City by feeding
the homeless on the street and has implemented several mission initiatives through Mason Memorial
Church of God in Christ.
